What I do & How It Works
I provide tailored 1 to 1 sport psychology sessions and mental performance coaching for athletes of all sports, ages, and abilities. Sport psychology coaching is about training your mind to perform at its best, just like you train your body. It helps you manage pressure, build confidence, stay focused, and perform consistently. You don't need to be struggling to benefit; even small improvements in mindset can have a big impact on performance and enjoyment.
In sessions, I work with you to identify challenges, develop practical mental skills, and embed them into your training and competition. Everything is personalised to your sport and your goals, so you walk away with tools you can use straight away.
Sessions are available in person as sport psychology Suffolk based support from my sport psychology Bury St Edmunds practice, or as online sport psychology UK wide for athletes outside the region.
