I provide tailored 1-to-1 mental performance coaching for athletes of all sports, ages, and abilities. Sport psychology is about training your mind to perform at its best, just like you train your body. It helps you manage pressure, build confidence, stay focused, and perform consistently. You don’t need to be struggling to benefit — even small improvements in mindset can have a big impact on performance and enjoyment.
In sessions, I work with you to identify challenges, develop practical mental skills, and embed them into your training and competition. Everything is personalised to your sport and your goals, so you walk away with tools you can use straight away.

Group and Team Workshops
Workshops are available for teams, clubs, and organisations. Sessions are tailored to your group's needs and can cover topics such as confidence, communication, handling pressure, team cohesion, and performance preparation.
